Revision cycles are defined within the project proposal or agreement. Additional revisions outside approved scope may involve additional costs.

Ownership transfer terms are defined within the project agreement. Unless explicitly transferred in writing, preliminary concepts, unused explorations and internal methodologies remain the intellectual property of Picassocial.

Unless restricted through NDA or written agreement, Picassocial reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Yes. Maintenance and support services may be offered separately based on project requirements.

We may assist with hosting, deployment and domain coordination; however, ownership and operational responsibility generally remain with the client unless otherwise agreed.

Project payment structures are defined within proposals or agreements and may include milestone-based, retainer-based, or advance payment models.

Payments made toward completed work, allocated resources, or approved milestones are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
