These Master Client Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided under the brand Picassocial ("Picassocial", "Agency", "we", "us" or "our") to any individual, company, organisation or other entity engaging our services ("Client", "you" or "your").
These Terms apply to project-based engagements, retainers, consulting engagements, design services, branding, marketing and communication services, website and software development, UI/UX, technology services, maintenance, support and any other professional services provided by Picassocial.
By accepting a proposal, quotation, estimate, Statement of Work ("SOW"), work order or commercial document, signing an agreement, issuing a purchase order referencing our services, providing written approval, making any payment, instructing Picassocial to commence work, or otherwise commencing or continuing an engagement with Picassocial, the Client acknowledges that it has read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

Yes. We work with clients across India, UAE, UK, US and other global markets.
We work across technology, SaaS, education, healthcare, industrial, FMCG, manufacturing, luxury, finance, auctions, lifestyle and enterprise sectors.
Yes. We offer both project-based and retainer-based engagement models.
Yes. We regularly work with NDAs, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs) and enterprise procurement processes.

Revision cycles are defined within the project proposal or agreement. Additional revisions outside approved scope may involve additional costs.
Ownership transfer terms are defined within the project agreement. Unless explicitly transferred in writing, preliminary concepts, unused explorations and internal methodologies remain the intellectual property of Picassocial.
Unless restricted through NDA or written agreement, Picassocial reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
Yes. Maintenance and support services may be offered separately based on project requirements.
We may assist with hosting, deployment and domain coordination; however, ownership and operational responsibility generally remain with the client unless otherwise agreed.
Project payment structures are defined within proposals or agreements and may include milestone-based, retainer-based, or advance payment models.
Payments made toward completed work, allocated resources, or approved milestones are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
